App Center Notifications

The App Center Notifications allow showing messages to the user after logging in or when switching organization. The notifications that are shown can have different configurations for specific purposes.

Notifications are displayed when a user logs into AppCenter if they have been configured by Telit internal administrators. The notifications are of 3 types

  • Notification with acknowledge button: Visible every time the user logs in until they click on the button.

  • Notification acknowledged on dismissal: Visible when the user logs in and marked as acknowledged once the user dismisses it

  • Notification not able to be acknowledged: Visible every time the user logs.

Notification overlay

The notifications overlay is visible after login if any notification must be displayed to the user. Every notification has a dismiss button on the upper right corner that allow the user to dismiss it, based on configuration, a notification can also have a button to acknowledge it. The Notifications are shown in batch of at maximum 3 items, if there are more, a button “Show All” will be visible to allow user to go to notification page. After the user dismissed all the batch of items, if more are present, a new batch will be displayed. When notifications are dismissed or acknowledged by the user the overlay disappear and user can access the App Center Home page.

Notifications page

The Notifications page is accessible by 3 different links:

  • "Show All" button inside the notification overlay.

  • "Notifications" button inside the App Center home page.

  • "Notifications" link under the user menu, inside the App Center main navigation bar.

The Notifications page will be composed by two parts, the Active Alerts list and the Acknowledgment History.
