Danlaw device(s) connect to the Danlaw Server through a cellular TCP Connection.
There are two key configuration steps that must be done prior to connection:
- Danlaw device(s) must be configured with the IP address and Port of the gateway containing the Danlaw package.
- The Danlaw package contains a Danlaw Server that must be configured and started before connection to the Danlaw device(s) can be made.
Configuring the Danlaw device(s) must be done through Danlaw.
Configuring the Danlaw Server is done through the Danlaw Server Configuration administration panel.
The Danlaw Server Configuration tab also allows the server to be Started once a valid port has been specified.
Parameter Descriptions
| Parameter | Description |

| Status | The current state of the Danlaw Server. |
| Port | The port to use to listen for TCP connections. This port should be the same port used to configure the Danlaw device. |
Button Descriptions
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves the port the user last entered. |
| Start Server | The Danlaw Server will begin listening for Danlaw device(s) to connect on the specified port. |
| Stop Server | The Danlaw Server will no longer listen for Danlaw device(s). |
| Refresh | Refresh the current status of the Danlaw Server. |
