MID1201 Operation Result Overall Data

The event variables available to an Atlas Copco Event Message, MID1201 Operation Result Overall Data event trigger are:

Event Variable Name Description
Device Name The name of the device that received the message.
IP Address The IP Address of the Atlas Copco Power Focus 6000 Flex that generated the message.
Message Number This value will always be 1 and represents the sequential order of the MID1201 and MID1202 messages that will be sent from the controller for this Operation
Total Number of Messages This is the total number of MID1201 and MID1202 messages that will be sent from the controller for this Operation
Operation Type

The type of Operation that was performed. The following operation codes and their meaning are shown below.

  • 0=Non synchronized tightening, i.e. a hand tool

  • 1=Synchronized tightening, i.e. a fixture multiple

  • 2=Pressing

  • 3=Drilling

  • 4=Pulse

Result Data Identifier A unique ID for each operation result within the controller. This will match the Result Data Identifier in subsequent MID1202 Operation Result Object Data messages
Result Status The total status of the operation. One byte long and is specified by one ASCII digit (‘0’ or ‘1’). 0=cycle NOK, 1=cycle OK
Time Cyple start time for each operation sent to the control station.
Data Field Count The number of variable data fields that are in the message. This value will determine the number of valid entries in the following Data Field data arrays to follow. A value of 0 in this field indicates that there is no data field information and the Data Field data arrays can be ignored.
Data Field - Data Types The Data Type of the Data Field. A value of 4 or 7 indicates the value in ASCII characters and will be found in the "Data Field - Value As String" array. A value of 5 indicates the value is a TIMESTAMP value and will be found in the "Data Field - Value As Timestamp" array. All other values are numeric and will be represented as FLOAT4 data types. These values are found in the "Data Field - Value As Numeric" array.
Data Field - Parameter IDs The Parameter ID number for the Data Field. The parameter IDs that are common for all systems using open protocol. A full list of parameter ID values can be found in the Atlas Copco Open Protocol specification documentation.
Data Field - Step Numbers The Step Numbers for the Data Field.
Data Field - Units The Unit Types for the Data Field. The unit types are common for all systems using open protocol. A full list of unit type values can be found in the Atlas Copco Open Protocol specification documentation.
Data Field - Value As String The value of the Data Field for Data Fields that have a Data Types value of either 4 or 7.
Data Field - Value As Timestamp The value of the Data Field for Data Fields that have a Data Types value of 5.
Data Field - Values As Number The value of the Data Field for all other Data Field Data Types values.
Object Data Count The total number of objects in the operation. This value will determine the number of valid entries in the following Object Data data arrays to follow. A value of 0 in this field indicates that there is no object data information and the Object Data data arrays can be ignored
Message Revision Number A value between 1 and 3 that indicates the Revision Level of the MID1201 message. The Object Data -Types and Object Data - Reference IDs data arrays are only supported for Revision Level 3. These two data arrays can be ignored if the Message Revision Number has a value of either 1 or 2.
Object Data - IDs The user defined Object ID for this Object Data element
Object Data - Status The status of the operation object. 0 = NOK, 1 = OK
Object Data - Types

The type of the operation object.

  • 0=Unknown

  • 1=Dual Reading

  • 2=Tightening Production

  • 3=Tightening Simulation

  • 4=Joint check

  • 5=Dimensional
