This driver provides communication support for CNCNetPDM devices. CNCNetPDM is a standard program that allows you to connect devices from different manufacturers with your existing IT infrastructure.
Assumptions
It is assumed that you have experience with the following:
- CNCNetPDM naming conventions
- The Workbench.
Before using information in this guide, it is required:
- An Asset Gateway or Enterprise Gateway product is installed in its operating environment
- The Workbench is installed on a computer that has TCP network connectivity to the node
- Inventcom CNCNetPDM agent with proper drivers
- CNCNetPDM.exe executable for the instance of CNCNetPDM
- CNCNetControl client to connect to CNCNetPDM instance
- MTConnect client for testing
