Enable Disable a Tool

The Enable/Disable a Tool action sends an enable or disable command to a Estic controller. This is performed by sending either a MID0043 command to Enable a tool on the Estic controller or a MID0042 Open Protocol command to Disable a tool on the Estic controller.
It may become necessary at some point to Enable or Disable a tool. For example the tool may need to be disabled while a Parameter Set is changed. The tool can then be enabled once the PSET has been changed so that a rundown can be performed.
