Timers

The Timer Variable is a Timer feature that helps with timing processing, counting runs, computing elapsed time and other adaptable uses.

This guide describes how to use the Timer Variable. Timer Variables are supported only in Global Devices.

• Timers are available in all deviceWISE instances, Asset Gateway, Enterprise Gateway, Windows and Linux. Timer Variables are included in the deviceWISE gateway, no packages are needed.
