The SNMP driver is the extension of deviceWISE that contains the protocol-specific logic to communicate with SNMP enabled devices.
Supported SNMP Devices
The SNMP driver supports connectivity to any device that implements either version 1 or version 2 (SNMP v1, SNMP v2) of the SNMP protocol. The number and types of devices that fall into this category are too numerous to list individually, but include printers, network switches, copiers, cameras, etc.
