The Check Modem Power Level action checks the cellular modem's power level. The cellular modem has two power level settings. The Online setting means the modem is fully active. The Low Power setting indicates that the modem is in a quiet mode. Data cannot be transmitted from or to the cellular modem when it is in this Low Power mode.
