Set Device Date & Time

The Set Device Date & Time action sets the date and time on a device.

The following devices support the Set Device Date & Time trigger action: Rockwell ControlLogix, Rockwell CompactLogix, Rockwell Micro800, Mitsubishi QCPU, Mitsubishi QCPU (Built-in Ethernet), Mitsubishi LCPU (Built-in Ethernet), Mitsubishi RCPU (Built-in Ethernet), Mitsubishi FX3CPU, Mitsubishi FX5CPU, Mitsubishi QnACPU, Mitsubishi ACPU, Mitsubishi GOT, Atlas Copco PowerFocus, Atlas Copco Power MACS, Apex Cleco mPro400, Bosch CS351, Sturtevant Richmond Global 400, Stanley Tools QPM and AIMCO AcraDyne Gen IV ACE

Action Input Type

Static - If you select Static, then the action will use the value from the Device Name drop-down.

Dynamic - If you select Dynamic, then the Device Name drop-down changes to an input variable and the action will use the value mapped to the Device Name.

Device Name The name of the device whose date and time you want to set. The Device Name drop-down list provides the available devices that are in a started state on the node.

Not all devices or device drivers support the Set Device Date & Time action. You will receive a command not supported error message from a device that does not support the action.

Parameter Description
Device Name The input variable with the name of the device to use as the input. This option is visible only when the Action Input Type is Dynamic.
Date The input variable with the time stamp to use as the input
