Shutting down the Workbench

When the Workbench is shutdown, the current nodes in the Nodes list are saved. Subsequent restarts of the Workbench use the Nodes list saved from the last time the Workbench was used.

To shutdown (exit) the Workbench, do the following:

• From the menu bar at the top of the Workbench window, click User.
  
• Click Exit.
  A confirmation dialogue window is displayed, click Yes to exit the Workbench.
  

To disconnect from the deviceWISE Cloud, do the following:

• From the deviceWISE Cloud status bar at the bottom of the Workbench window, select the "X" next to the end point information.
  

To change the current user name and password, do the following:

• From the menu bar at the top of the Workbench window, click User.
  
• Click Set Gateway Node Credentials.
  The Workbench credentials window will appear, allowing you to enter a user name and password for use on each future node connection.
  

To clear the current user name and password and revert to default security settings, do the following:

• From the menu bar at the top of the Workbench window, click User.
  
• Click Clear Gateway Node Credentials.
