On the billing plans page, published and unpublished plans are in separate tabs. It is possible to delete only unpublished billing plans. To delete a billing plan, do the following:
- Click the
>> Administration on
the top right corner of the Management Portal.
Administration screen appears. - On Administration screen,
under the PRICING group, click on
the Billing plans.
The Billing plans screen appears. - Click on the Unpublished tab.
If you want to delete a billing plan that is already Published, click on the Edit Icon
corresponding to it and clear the Published check box. The billing plan will get listed under the Unpublished tab. - Click the delete button
of a
Billing plan you want to delete.
A confirmation screen appears, click OK to delete the billing plan.
