Sessions
A Session is a sequence of network HTTP/MQTT request and response transactions associated to the same user/thing. The Sessions screen lists the activities of a user or a thing with a unique IP address on the Management Portal during a specified period of time. Once a user or a thing has been authenticated to access the portal, the subsequent requests are handled using the generated session ID. Each session is an instance of the interaction of a user or a thing with the portal using the session ID. The sessions screen contains the following information:
- The JSON of the session request
- User's group (Super Admin/Super Ops/ Org Admin)
- Protocol used to connect
- The IP address of the user or the thing
- Start and end time of the session
- Last accessed time
