E-mailing all users
The Management Portal enables to send emails to all users in an organization. To send an email to all users in the current organization, follow these steps:
- Click the (cog menu)
>> Administration on the top
right corner of the Management Portal
The Administration screen appears - On screen
in the ACCESS group, click on
the Users.
The Users screen appears. - On the Users screen,
click Email all users
Emailing all users screen appears - Enter a Subject and a message in
the Body
When complete, click Send. The email will be sent to the email addresses of all users in the organization except for the sending user (your email address).
