Viewing a User

To view an existing role, do the following:

  1. Click the   (cog menu) >> Administration on the top right corner of the Management Portal

    The Administration screen appears
  2. Under the ACCESS group, click on the Users.
    The Users screen appears. The Profiles tab displays the members of the current organization.
  3. To view a user's profile, click on the corresponding view button   of a User you want to view.

    You will view all the details of the user including the API calls made by the user categorized under different services. Bellow, 3 types of user examples.

Org Admin User

Permissions related to the Org Administrator role: Is the user and org administrator on the current org.

Org Ops User

Permissions related to the Org Operations role: Is the user and org operations user on the current org.

Standard User

Visibility of "Roles" and "Operations" depends on the user type they have on the organization.

Regular Fields

Field Description
id Id of the user
Email Address Email address of the user.
First Name First name of the user.
Last Name Last name of the user.
Company Company that the user is a part of.
Title Job title at the organization
Office phone Office phone of the user.
Mobile phone Mobile phone of the user.
Tags The control tags associated with the Thing definition the use is allow permissions over.
Allow sub-org Access Is the user allowed access to sub-organizations
Dashboard Is the user a Dashboard-only user.
Locked Is the user account locked.
Created by Who created the user.
Created on When was the user created.
Updated by Who last updated the user.
Updated on When the user was updated.

Org Specific Fields

Field Description
Org administrator Is the user an org administrator on the current org.
Org operations Is the user an org operations user on the current org.
Created by Who provided the user with the possessed accesses.
Created on When were the user provided with the possessed accesses.
Updated by Who updated the user account the last time.
Updated on Last time the user account was updated.
