Viewing Connection Usage

The usage tab provides the usage of Data, SMS, and Voice for the selected date/time range.

The amount of data used is based on the data received after synchronization with the carrier and it happens once every 24 hours. You can refresh the connection to get the data usage updated.

Data Usage

Click Data to show the Data usage chart along with the Total number of Data records, average amount of data per day and cumulative total data for the selected date and time range.

SMS Usage

Click SMS to show the SMS Chart along with the MO (Mobile Originated) and MT (mobile Terminated) SMS count.

The MO count is based on MO CDRs(Charging Data Records)
The MT count is a sum of the SMSs that were sent to the device from either the SMS engine or MT CDRs.

Voice Usage

Click Voice to show the Voice usage chart along with the Total voice usage and Average voice usage for the selected date and time range.
