Requires Org-Admin rights.

Dashboard sites are created to provide quick access to a specified dashboard via a URL. To add a new dashboard site, do the following:

  1. On Dashboards, click Sites tab(If Sites tab is not available, then you need a Super admin who needs to enable the configuration to make it visible)
  2. Click New Site
    Adding site 
    screen appears. The New Site is not displayed until you have atleast one dashboard to map to.
  3. Enter the following details to create a new dashboard site

    Field Description
    1 Hostname This is the subdomain to be used for the site.
    Note: because an underscore ( _ ) is not a DNS character, users will not be able to use Internet Explorer to view a dashboard site. It is recommended to use hyphens ( - ) instead.
    2 Select Domain This is the main domain that the subdomain will belong to.
    3 Default dashboard The dashboard to be displayed when going to the URL.

    Pick a dashboard, you want to map the site to. If you do not pick a dashboard, it will automatically map the site to the latest dashboard created.

    4 Mobile dashboard The mobile dashboard to be displayed when going to the URL on a mobile device. If not specified, the user will be directed to the default dashboard.
    5 Login background graphic The graphic to be displayed on the login page at the URL.
    6 Login background Color to be displayed on the login page.
    7 Button color Color of the buttons on the dashboard site.
    8 Logo Logo to be displayed on the dashboard site's login page.
    9 Hide logo Hides the logo on the login page. If selected, a text box appears.
    10 Login text Optional text to be displayed on the login page if the login logo has been hidden.
