The Management portal enables you to download the list of API logs to a file in CSV format for further analysis. To download or export the list displayed to CSV file, do the following:
- From the Developer main screen in
the GENERAL group, click API
log.
The API log screen appears. - (mandatory)Enter your filter criteria
- Click Show
- Click on the Download CSV
button, to export the API logs to a CSV file. Note that Download CSV is enabled only if a filter is set/selected.
The maximum number of rows that can be exported is 7500. It is important to remember that this depends on the pagination, and also overall log count.
The csv file is downloaded to your local
directory.Without a filter being applied, the download csv button is disabled. To access the download logs button, the user needs to apply a filter.
