[BlockWise LwM2M] - Improved handling of BlockWise LwM2M packets.

[Open Server] - New API command: cdp.euicc.aggregate.

[Trigger Actions] - Four new trigger actions are now available: connection.euicc.tag.add, connection.euicc.tag.delete, connection.euicc.group.add, and connection.euicc.group.delete.

[Resources] - File and folder names are now clickable, allowing users to open folders or download files directly from the name.

[Dashboards] - Fixed an issue where View Only users could change a private dashboard to public; only Organization Admins and above can now modify dashboard visibility.

[Developer - Object Registry] - Fixed an issue where clicking "View XML" multiple times caused duplicate entries to appear in the window.

[Developer - Thing Definitions] - Edit and Delete buttons on the Thing Definitions index and view pages are now hidden for View Only users.

[eUICC Tab] - Added a tag cloud to the eUICCs tab, enabling filtering of items directly from the table. Tags are now also displayed as a column in the eUICCs list and on the eUICCs view page.

[Portal - Triggers] - Fixed an issue where filtering by "Event" special tag returned no results in the Triggers table view.

[Portal - Triggers] - Fixed an issue where selecting a tag from the table did not display the active filter in the tag cloud area, improving visibility of applied filters.

[Things] - Fixed an issue where correcting an error during LwM2M thing creation could result in a Generic thing being created instead of the intended LwM2M thing.

[Things] - Fixed an issue where clicking the 'Adding thing' breadcrumb after a thing creation error resulted in a page being black-holed.
