Setting the initial time of day for the SIMATIC S7-300 station

This task can be skipped if the SIMATIC S7-300 station has already had its time of day set.

1. Open the appropriate project, and then expand the project folder.
   
2. Locate the SIMATIC S7-300 station you are using, right-click to display its menu, click PLC and then click Set Time of Day.
   
   
3. The Set Time of Day window appears.
   
   
4. Select Take from PG/PC to have the SIMATIC S7-300 station take the date and time of day from the computer running STEP 7.
   
5. Click Apply, and then click Close.
