The Check IoT Hub Connection State action
checks the Azure IoT connection state and is similar to an
If action where the condition being tested
is the Azure IoT Hub connection.

| On Result | Description |
|---|---|
| Connected | The Azure IoT Hub connection state is currently Connected. |
| Disconnected | The Azure IoT Hub connection state is currently Broken or Disconnected. |
