Disabling MFA will disable the secondary password set while Enabling MFA and means that you will no longer be prompted for your secondary password when logging in. To disable MFA, do the following:
- In the Management Portal, click the
>> My
profile on the top right corner of the
Management Portal.
My profile screen appears. - Click on Disable MFA
Disable multifactor authentication screen appears - Click Disable MFA
MFA is disabled.
