Switch is a roaming network selection tool that allows on-the-fly change of providers on a national level, offsetting the financial and technical risks posed by mobile network failures. To switch a connection, follow the procedure below:
- In Viewing a
Connection screen, click on Switch
tab.
- Click on Retrieve button
The present network appears along with the Last 5 retrieves.When Switch is not allowed in a Connection, a message appears stating Switch is not allowed for this Connection. - Click on Allowed networks
drop-down and select the country to which you want to
switch
The available networks in the selected country is displayed. - Select the network you want to switch
- Click Switch
