Changing Status

The Status of a Connection shows the current state of the Connection. Common status includes Activated, Deactivated or Suspended, and so on. The status varies with the carrier and all the status that are supported are shown while you change the status of a Connection. You will be able to change the status of a Connection while Viewing a Connection. To change the Status, do the following:

  1. In the Viewing a Connection, click Actions >> Change status

  2. Choose the Status you want to change from the Status drop-down
  3. (Optional) Click the Rate plan drop-down and select a Rate plan.
  4. Click Update
    The deviceWISE Cloud is updated with the new status selected and will update the CDP during the Daily Sync or On-demand Sync.
