Authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) in the Management Portal is a two-step verification process that enables secure access to your account. Using MFA you add an extra layer of protection by adding a secondary password in addition to your existing username and password. While Enabling MFA, the portal generates a unique QR code and allows you to scan it using the authenticator app on your personal mobile device. When you scan the QR code your mobile device gets associated with your user profile and is used to generate the secondary password for logging in to the Management Portal.
