Editing a Connection

To edit a connection, follow the procedure below:

  1. In the Management Portal Users Guide, click on Connections
    The Connections screen appears
  2. Click on the Edit Icon corresponding to the connection you want to edit.

    Editing connection screen appears.
  3. Update the changes - It is possible to update the customer, rate plan, status, terminal ID, carrier custom fields, and internal custom field.
    Any limitations set by the carrier will hold true, for the carrier custom fields. deviceWISE Cloud does not impose any restrictions to these fields.
  4. Add the Tags and Security Tags, if required.  For more information on Tags and Security Tags, see Using Tags and Using Security Tags
  5. Click Update.
