Management Portal allows you to share multiple connections simultaneously. To share multiple connections, do the following:

1. On the Connection Dashboard, select the connections you want to share with a different Organization
   
   
2. Click Actions menu
   
3. Click Recruiter
   
   Recruiter screen appears with the selected things
   
4. Enter or select the following details:
   

   

   S.No.	Field	Description
   a.	Share action	It is possible to either Share or Unshare items with Organizations. Click on the Share action drop-down and select Share/Unshare items.
   a.	Share with	Enter the keys of the organization with which you want to share the selected connections. Not supplying an organization will neither share or unshare the item.
   b.	Share permission level	From the Sharing Permissions drop-down, select Read and Write or Read only access Read and Write - allows to read and modify the Connections. Read only - allows to read the Connections.
   c.	Billing plan code	Click on the Billing plan code drop-down and you select one of the following options: Keep the current Billing plan Remove the current Billing plan or Update to a different Billing plan. For more information on Billing Plans, see Assigning a Billing Plan.
   d.	VAS package code	Click on the VAS package code drop-down and you select one of the following options: Keep the current VAS package plan Remove the current VAS package plan or Update to a different VAS package plan. . For more information on VAS packages, see Assigning a VAS package.

5. Click Submit
