Added reporting that shows why a trigger failed to import.

The sms.send API will accept thing.key as an identifier to get the MSISDN/SMSC.
Added lwm2m.oir.exec trigger action. This trigger action will execute the corresponding resource command on the device.
Cloning Trigger now uses the trigger adding workflow instead of creating the trigger and using the edit workflow. For more information, see Cloning a Trigger and Adding a trigger.

Fixes

Fixed the issue of Omni Search returning extra result count.

Improvements

Improved Connection high runner by adding new functionality to the counter.count API command to store/return a cached result.
cdp.carrier.connection.count API tags are now validated and will not return success for invalid tags.
A user record is updated by specifying the emailAddress (and not the ID).
If the Org does not contain any users, “No users were found” message appears.
Fixed how the max retention value used for each slider is set.
Fixed an issue with campaigns failing if connected for a long time.
Fixed an issue with missing campaign timeout.
