The overview tab shows the Thing definitions, Thing Key, Last seen time, Tags, Security Tags, Location, and Identity. To access the Overview tab, click on Overview tab to access the Thing's overview tab.
The Overview tab includes the following information about
the Thing:
| Field | Description |

| Thing definition | The associated Thing definition
|
| Key | The key of the Thing. |
| Last seen | An indication that the Thing is currently Connected to the deviceWISE Cloud, or if not connected it displays when the Thing connected last time. |

Tags, |
The Tags used when filtering the display of Things. For more information, see Using Tags. |
| Security tags | The Security tags used to limit view access or update access to Things. For more information, see Using Security Tags. |
| Control tags | Control tags are used to control the behavior of the Things. For more information on Control tags, see Using Control Tags |
| Location |
If set, displays the thing's current location.

| Identity | An indication that the Thing has
connected and is locked to an internal
identity ID(appID). This appID is reset by
clicking on keys unlock
identity icon. This is necessary, if an Asset Gateway or Enterprise Gateway is reinstalled after connecting to the deviceWISE Cloud. For more information, see TR50 connection troubleshooting. |
